So, how was it?
Pretty good.
Not something I would eat often.
The the outside was crispy, and the bread didn’t soak up grease.
I used Oroweat’s Country Buttermilk bread.
It took on some biscuit-like qualities.
Not bad.
I expect to see this in county fair some day.
